and frozen fruit of choice ( I usually go with a Berry Medley)
top off with your favorite nuts
Make oatmeal add cinnamon and brown sugar
Soften your frozen fruit (microwave)
add cooked oatmeal to bowl add yogurt , top of with fruit and nuts !
